Ingredients

  • 375 g 375 flour

  • 200 g 200 sugar

  • 250 g 250 butter

  • 1 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

  • icing sugar

  • brandy

  • decorations in chocolate, sugar…

Directions

  • In a bowl, knead the flour with the softened butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and a few drops of water until the dough forms a ball.
  • Roll out the dough with a wooden rolling pin and using cookie cutters cut out Christmas shapes, and place them on an oiled non-stick baking sheet or covered with a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8 minutes in the oven at 180°C (Th 6).
  • Let the Butterbredele cool on a wire rack. Once the Butterbredele (petits fours with butter) have cooled, prepare a glaze with icing sugar and a few drops of brandy. Brush the cupcakes with this frosting and decorate with chocolate or other decorations.
  • Let the icing dry well then keep the Butterbredele (butter biscuits) in a cake box so that they can be enjoyed until Christmas.
